This phone works well, the antenna does not screw in all the way on this phone, this is a problem with the antenna and not the phone because I tested another antenna on it and it screwed it in fine, so it just needs a new one, you will also need a Nextel SIM card to access the home screen, I put one in to test it and it works fine, no passcode lock on it.
